John Carrescia is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and higher education sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Eden II Programs since April 2025, John previously held multiple leadership roles at Wagner College, including Vice President for Finance & Administration and CFO, as well as positions as an Adjunct Accounting Professor and Assistant Vice-President & Controller. John's earlier career includes significant experience at KPMG LLP as a Senior Accountant and an internship at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. John holds a BS and MBA in Accounting & Finance from Wagner College.

Eden II Programs is dedicated to enabling the children and adults with autism that it serves in New York City and Long Island to achieve the highest quality of life throughout their lives in school, in the community, at work and at home. Eden II School was founded in 1976 on Staten Island with six children and one special education teacher, and over the past 25 years, Eden II’s highly successful model has lead to the expansion and development of a number of programs and services for individuals with autism.
