Erica Hanson

Erica Hanson currently serves as the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at North Central University and has held the position of Director of Marketing since November 2015. In addition, Erica is a firefighter for the City of Eden Prairie, a role taken on in August 2020. Previous experience includes the position of Director of Marketing at Augustana Care, where responsibilities included the marketing, sales, and leasing of the Augustana Apartments in Minneapolis, achieving a substantial occupancy of 335 apartments. Additional roles encompass strategic leadership as a Strategic Director with Enactus, facilitating community initiatives, and various positions in education and customer service. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from North Central University.
