Udi Sellem

Udi Sellem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technical support management. Currently serving as the Global Operations and Tier 2/Tier 3 Support Manager at Eden Springs since September 2016, Udi has successfully restructured the global support and operation team, establishing a defined hierarchy and enhancing operational procedures across various teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Freelance JAVA Instructor at IITC College, Tier 3 Production Support Development Team Leader and Operations Coordinator at Clal Insurance Company Ltd, and multiple positions at Amdocs, where Udi led development teams and contributed to critical projects. Udi's career began in the Israeli Air Force as an electronics technician, and education was completed at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem with an LLB degree in Law.
