Eden-Well is a Lausanne-based initiative helping young people aged 15–25 become confident creators in a world shaped by AI.

Our programs introduce youth to Generative AI and digital creation at a pre-university level. Participants learn how to use AI and modern digital tools in practical ways that help them think, build, and become productive quickly.

We believe that understanding how to use AI effectively is quickly becoming as fundamental as digital literacy once was.

A core part of our approach is co-creation across different backgrounds. Local youth, migrants, and refugees work side by side, building projects together and discovering what they can achieve when given the right tools.

Our goal is simple: move young people from consumers of technology to producers of it.

We collaborate with schools, universities, engineers, founders, and technology companies across Switzerland, connecting young people to the real innovation ecosystem and helping build early-stage AI capability in the country.

Our mission goes beyond digital skills. Eden-Well aims to cultivate responsible technology leaders who understand the importance of sustainability, human well-being, and ethical AI development.

Organizations partner with Eden-Well because building Switzerland’s future in innovation starts long before the hiring stage.

If you believe the next generation should help shape technology, let’s build it together.

Eden-Well. The future gets built here.
