At Edenfold, we believe inclusion is a leadership skill, not an add-on. Stronger, more inclusive teams don’t just feel better to be part of, they deliver smarter performance and lasting impact.

Founded by Dawnet McLaughlin, a former Regional Managing Director in UK housebuilding, Edenfold brings 30+ years of leadership experience to the challenges today’s organisations face. We know the pressure leaders are under: balancing delivery, managing people, and creating cultures where talent can thrive.

Our work focuses on making inclusion practical and achievable. We support both organisations and individuals through:

• Consultancy - clear strategies to embed inclusive leadership and strengthen team performance
• Coaching - helping managers and leaders step up with clarity and confidence
• Speaking - keynote talks and workshops that spark new perspectives on inclusion, leadership, and personal growth

What makes us different? We cut through the jargon. Our approach is straightforward, collaborative, and outcomes-focused, designed to fit real businesses and real people.

Edenfold exists to help you build clarity, confidence, capability, and culture, so that inclusion becomes part of how you work, not just what you say.
