Antonio Osornio has worked in various customer support roles since 2015. Antonio began as an Atención al Cliente at Atención Telefónica, where they were responsible for resolving customer inquiries via telephone, performing service activations and deactivations, and providing support for new prospects. Antonio also had to capture customer data. In 2017, they moved to Apostar Tecnológico as a Soporte Técnico, where they provided support for Black Berry, MobileIron, Office 365, and smartphones, and had to store information and deliver a monthly report. In 2018, they began working as a Becario de Soporte Técnico at PROMAD. In 2020, they took a Customer Support role at Reality Evolution, and in 2021 they began working as Customer Success y Customer Support at RookMotion. Currently, they are a Customer Support Lead at Eva.
Antonio Osornio obtained a Licenciatura in Informática from Universidad Insurgentes, S.C. between 2016 and 2019.
