Janaina Pontes serves as the Human Resources Manager at Edenred Brasil since June 2023, following a tenure as Human Resource Coordinator at Edenred from June 2017 to July 2023. In these roles, Janaina has focused on evaluating and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, fostering excellence in HR processes, and enhancing customer support. Previously, as Head of Benefits and Wellness at LATAM Airlines from April 2014 to June 2016, Janaina identified and designed employee benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations. Janaina began a career at DuPont from May 2010 to April 2014 as an HR Specialist, where recommendations for benefits programs were made based on employee needs and market trends. Janaina holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Nurse Specialist qualification from Faculdade Israelita Albert Einstein, along with a nursing degree from Centro Universitário São Camilo, complemented by an English certificate from ILSC Education Group.
