Giovanni Borromeo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Giovanni started their career as a Factory Worker at PREMIUM 1922 S.R.L. in 2006. In 2008, they worked as a Children Coordinator at Valtur S.p.A. From 2011 to 2011, they interned at MessaggerieLibri in the role of Management Accounting and Business Control Intern. In 2012, they joined Arthur D. Little as a Business Analyst. Giovanni worked at Nexive from 2013 to 2019, initially as a Strategic Planning and Corporate PMO Analyst and later as a Strategic Planning and Corporate PMO Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Edenred Italy, where they held the position of Project Manager from 2019 to 2021, after which they became the Head of Strategy in December 2021.

Giovanni Borromeo began their education journey in 2007 and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Università Bocconi in 2010. Following this, from 2009 to 2010, Giovanni participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at the University of Cologne, where they further deepened their knowledge of Business Administration and Management. Continuing their education, Giovanni pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance, General at Cass Business School from 2011 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Giovanni obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In October 2019, they earned the PRINCE2® 2017 Project Management Certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Giovanni also became an ICAgile Certified Professional after completing the certification program offered by ICAgile in February 2022.
