Currently serving as Group Director, Legal - Contracts at Edenred since April 2020, Dara manages a legal team across 45 countries, focusing on various contracts including tech, commercial, and financial agreements. Previously, Dara held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Renault Group, overseeing global product compliance and crisis management, alongside strategic legal advice and training initiatives. Prior to that, Dara accumulated significant litigation experience as a Senior Associate Lawyer at K&L Gates, specializing in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and arbitration. Dara's educational background includes advanced degrees in Business Law and International Private and Commercial Law from prestigious institutions such as Sciences Po and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
