Frederic Rochet

Frederic Rochet is an experienced product and operations manager with a strong background in customer support and performance optimization. Currently a Product Manager at Edenred since October 2022, Frederic focuses on identifying opportunities for developing essential features and enhancing employee experiences within a complex CRM environment. Prior to this role, Frederic spent over seven years at Edenred France as Manager Operations CSR/Sales, overseeing Salesforce implementation and workforce management for improved efficiency. Earlier experiences include serving as Head of Operations at Phone Web, where accountability for contact center performance was a key responsibility, and as Team Manager at Blizzard Entertainment, supervising customer support teams and conducting performance reviews.
