Graziella Adas

Graziella Adas is a legal executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the legal and compliance sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Legal Director for Latin America at Edenred since January 2014, Graziella has held multiple key positions at the company, including Legal Director for Brazil overseeing compliance, risks, and institutional relations. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Manager at Edenred, Legal Manager at Agrenco Group, and Senior Attorney at Saint-Gobain Abrasives. Graziella began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Moura e Pimentel de Mello Advogados. Educational qualifications include an LL.M in Business and Commercial Law from Fordham University, specialized studies in International M&As from New York University, and a European Business Law specialization from the University of St. Gallen. A Bachelor’s degree in Law was obtained from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.
