Ioana Cuciula

Ioana Cuciula has extensive work experience in finance and risk management. Ioana is currently working as the Finance Director - Global - Mobility Business at Edenred since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Schneider Electric, including Finance Director - Global Marketing, Finance Director - Sustainability Business - Efficiency & Sustainability Programs, Risk Management Director for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America, Financial Controller for the Middle East, and Global Senior Internal Auditor. Ioana also worked at PwC as an Advisory Manager, Senior Consultant in Transaction Services, and Audit Associate.

Ioana Cuciula has a diverse education history. Ioana completed the Women's Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Leadership and Strategy certification from INSEAD in 2017. Ioana also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Oxford Brookes University, which they completed between 2014 and 2016. Before pursuing their MBA, Ioana became a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2008. Ioana studied Economics with a focus on Finance and Insurance at Babes-Bolyai University from 2000 to 2004.
