Razvan Baciu

Razvan Baciu is a seasoned leader in enterprise service management with extensive experience in optimizing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service. Currently serving as the Global Head of Stability and Infrastructure Services at Edenred since August 2022, Razvan oversees global teams across two continents. Previously held leadership roles at Ericsson from 2008 to 2022, including Head of Satellite Network Operations Centers and Head of SDU IoT and Broadcast Services, managing complex operations across multiple regions. Earlier experience at France Telecom involved technical service management, while foundational roles such as Incident Manager and FO VAS Engineer at Ericsson focused on incident resolution and technical support. Razvan holds an undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
