Roberto Moreno

Roberto Moreno is an experienced IT Project Manager currently leading the Global Technology Americas (GTA) as the NOC Leader at Edenred Digital Center since February 2019. With a strong background at Edenred México from 2010 to 2019, Roberto has held various roles including Monitoring & Change Management IT and several supervisor positions focused on customer service and operations. Prior experience includes work as a Billing Process Specialist and Technical Support for Ticket Car at Edenred - Accor Services from 2005 to 2010, and customer service at Zurich North America from 2003 to 2004. Roberto holds three degrees from Universidad Insurgentes in Informática, Administración, and Tecnología de la información, acquired between 2000 and 2021.
