Candice Cole

Candice Cole has extensive experience in customer service and support, primarily within the healthcare sector. Currently a Customer Service Representative at Edenred USA since May 2019, Candice previously worked as a Member Services Representative at Tufts Health Plan, where education on health insurance benefits and resolution of complex coverage issues were key responsibilities.
