David McComb

David McComb is a seasoned leader in the real estate development industry, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Edenshaw Developments since January 2009. Under David's leadership, Edenshaw received two International Project-of-the-Year awards for the flagship project, Chaz Yorkville. Prior to Edenshaw, David held the position of Senior Vice-President of Eastern Operations at Concord Adex Corp. from January 1999 to January 2009. David also served as Principal at Cascadia Land Corp. from February 1992 to December 1999, where the company received British Columbia’s Builder of the Year Award in 1998. Earlier in their career, David was Vice President of Construction at Polygon Homes Ltd. from March 1987 to January 1992.
