Allison Longo has been in the food industry since 2013. Allison started out as a Lead Baker at Ellie's Bakery in 2013, then moved on to become an Executive Pastry Chef at Olga's Cup and Saucer in 2015. In 2017, they joined Island Desserts LLC. dba Pastry Art as a Production Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing two production operations, including production, packaging, inventory, and logistics in a wholesale Bakery production facility. Allison was also responsible for HACCP, PCQI, and ServSafe Manager, as well as instructing, leading, and verifying facility GMP compliance with Third Party Regulatory, local, FDA, and OSHA regulations. In 2020, they took on a Production Manager role at Edesia Nutrition.
Allison Longo is currently enrolled at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
