Brian O'Farrell

Brian O'Farrell has over 30 years of experience in financial management. Brian began their career in 1992 with Bennett Management Corporation as Managing Director. In 2002, they became President & CEO of The CartCraft Company, a consumer products company manufacturing and marketing battery powered garden equipment. Brian raised $1.5M of equity seed capital and guided the company from start-up concept to full-scale retail launch of category-defining product. In 2006, they joined APC by Schneider Electric as Vice President Finance, Global Offer Creation, where they oversaw a global finance team of 14, managing in excess of $3.8B in revenue. In 2017, they became Co-Owner & CFO of Fletcher Granite Company, LLC, where they produced all financial reports monthly, quarterly and coordinated annual audit conducted by outside firm to manage all investor and banking relationships. In 2019, they joined Denison Pharmaceuticals as Chief Financial Officer, where they were executive in charge of all front office corporate activity, including Accounting (General & Cost), Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, Human Resources, IT, Legal and Property Management. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Edesia Nutrition as Chief Financial Officer.

Brian O'Farrell received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College in 1991. Brian then attended New York University from 1995 to 1997, studying Accounting and Finance.
