Maria Kasparian

Maria Kasparian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international development and nonprofit leadership, currently serving as the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Executive Director at Edesia Nutrition since February 2009. In this role, Maria focuses on combating malnutrition in developing countries through the production of ready-to-use foods and partnerships aimed at improving product distribution. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Rutgers University, a Research Assistant studying water politics, and a Service Corps Fellow at the American India Foundation, where Maria managed and evaluated educational and livelihood projects. Additional roles include teaching French at LEAP Academy and serving as a TEFL teacher in Bangladesh with the Peace Corps. Maria holds a Master of Public Administration in International Public Service and Development from Rutgers University - Camden and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University.
