Ed Serber

Ed brings to Edete his extensive experience in business development, leadership and problem solving. His superpower is building world class companies by combining his skills, experiences and entrepreneurial energy. Prior to joining Edete, Ed founded and scaled a food, beverage, and agricultural consulting agency where he helped leadership teams leverage process improvement strategies to improve operational efficiencies within their organizations and become “world class”. Prior to that, Ed was the President & CEO of CherrCo Inc., the largest tart cherry cooperative in North America. Before heading to the tart cherry industry, Ed worked for Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds in various roles and departments, including engineering, maintenance, operations, finance, IT, and human resources. Ed is an active member in his community participating in several boards, committees and organizations. Ed holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly SLO. Ed loves to surf, fly airplanes and explore the planet with his family.
