Darren Ramshaw

Darren Ramshaw is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Thermal Generation at EDF since March 2016. Previously, Darren held various roles at EDF Energy, including Head of Generation for West Burton CCGT and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included mobilizing the Maintenance and Engineering team for a 1400 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine in 2011 and formulating policies for asset management aligned with PAS 55 and 99 accreditation. Darren's career began at Centrica as a Maintenance Manager before advancing to EDF Energy. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Asset Management and Maintenance Engineering from The University of Manchester and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
