Janet Hogben

Janet Hogben is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at EDF Energy since January 2012, Janet has cultivated a passion for the role. Previous positions include HRD Talent & Organisation Strategy, HRD Europe & GB, and HR Director Global Functions at Diageo from 2002 to November 2011, as well as HRD EMEA at Seagram from 1998 to 2002. Janet's career began at BP, where various roles were held from 1981 to 1998. Janet holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth, attained between 1977 and 1981, and completed education at North London Collegiate School from 1969 to 1976. Currently retired since December 2017.
