Katie Churchward

Katie Churchward is an experienced professional with over two decades at EDF (UK), where current roles include Senior Operational Leader in Revenue Operations and previously held positions such as Recovery and Term Operations Manager, Complaint Operations Manager, and Cultural Alignment Workstream Manager. With expertise in debt operations, customer service, and engagement management, Katie has contributed to various projects focused on recovery of live and term debt. Educated at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Media Studies between September 1998 and July 2001.
