Mary Payne serves as the Education & Skills Delivery Manager at EDF (UK) since December 2021, leading the Education and Skills Team on the Hinkley Point C Project to implement skills pipeline solutions. Previous roles include Skills Development Lead at EDF (UK), Skills for Nuclear Workforce Development Manager at SWMAS LTD, and Director of Employer Engagement at Yeovil College. Mary has a robust background in apprenticeship management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement, having held various leadership positions across multiple educational and corporate organizations since 1998. Mary holds a Post Graduate Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management from Bridgwater College and several other qualifications in training, development, and public administration.
