Matthew Taylor

Matthew Taylor is the Head of Legal in the nuclear operations business at EDF. Matthew provides legal support to the nuclear operations, thermal, and commercial development teams. Prior to their current role, Matthew served as the Senior Legal Counsel for the Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C nuclear new build projects. With a background as an Associate at Pinsent Masons and a Solicitor at Keoghs, Matthew has extensive experience in regulatory and dispute matters. Matthew specialized in representing companies and individuals facing regulatory investigations and prosecutions. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool and completed their Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
