Matthew Wood

Matthew Wood is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Acting Operations Fleet Manager and Fleet Operations Process Lead at EDF (UK) since March 2016. Responsibilities include driving performance improvements across the nuclear power station fleet through the development and simplification of operating processes, establishment of key performance indicators, and providing coaching and governance.
