Ross Irvine

Ross Irvine is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Senior Manager - PPA Origination & Structuring at EDF (UK) since June 2022. In this role, Ross leads a team of Originators focused on assisting renewable generators with tailored long-term market access through Contracts for Difference (CfD), Utility Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and Corporate PPAs with large energy users. Prior experience includes managing teams for signing approximately 900 short-term PPAs annually and fostering the commercial development of renewable projects at EDF Renewables UK and Brookfield Renewable. Ross holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of York.
