Stephen Pugh

Stephen Pugh is currently a Senior Volume Forecasting Analyst at EDF (UK), having previously held roles as a Volume Forecasting Analyst and Pricing Analyst. Prior experience includes a NERC DTP PhD at the University of Cambridge, focusing on the seismic signatures of mantle plumes. Additional roles at Imperial College London involved mentoring first-year students and assisting third-year students with their passive seismology dissertations. An internship at Satellite Applications Catapult included modeling urban growth in Africa using Earth observation data and machine learning. Stephen's academic foundation includes a Master’s Degree in Geophysics from Imperial College London, supplemented by early research experience in shear wave anisotropy and environmental studies.
