Yann Navaret

Yann Navaret is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, talent development, and HR strategy. Currently serving as the Responsable ressources humaines at EDF ENR, Yann oversees all phases of the recruitment process and is involved in employer branding initiatives. Previously, at Groupe CARSO, Yann structured and led recruitment and internal mobility activities, while at ALYNEA, Yann developed recruitment policies and innovative social projects. Yann's career also includes significant roles in Action Logement, Prosegur, and MOM Group, where expertise in HR management, employee development, and legal compliance were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a certification in Social Protection and Innovation from Sciences Po Lyon.
