Keith Trimble

Keith Trimble has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Keith is currently employed as the Head of Offshore Technical Centre at EDF Renewables UK & Ireland since January 2023. Previously, they were a Project Engineering Manager - Irish Offshore Cluster at SSE Renewables from April 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Engineer at SSE Renewables from April 2019 to March 2021. From March 2017 to March 2019, they held the position of Senior Engineer - Project Delivery at SSE plc. Prior to that, they worked as a Civil Engineer - Onshore Wind at SSE Renewables from January 2012 to March 2017. Keith started their career as a Civil Engineer at WDR & RT Taggart, where they worked from July 2001 to December 2011.

Keith Trimble earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Bridge Engineering, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) from the University of Surrey. Prior to their university education, Keith attended Wallace High School, though the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
