Aj Hezlep

AJ Hezlep is an accomplished environmental engineer currently working at AB&I Foundry since November 2021, focusing on ensuring environmental compliance across air, water, and waste through inspections, reporting, and technical writing, while also improving industrial processes and environmental efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as an environmental specialist and consultant at Frog Environmental from August 2019 to November 2021, advising industrial companies in the western U.S. AJ also interned at UC Santa Barbara as a conservation intern specializing in the protection of the Western Snowy Plover, and worked as an environmental law intern at Michel and Associates, gathering evidence for land use and environmental law cases. AJ holds a degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara, completed in 2019.
