Joan Amouyal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, and audit across leading organizations in the energy and professional services sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Finance at EDF Renewables North America, Joan oversees financial reporting for over 100 renewable energy projects and ensures collaboration with EDF Renouvelables headquarters. Previously, as Head of Finance at EDF Trading, Joan built and expanded the finance team while implementing key reporting metrics. Joan's prior roles include Head of Financial Reporting for EDF's Asset Optimisation & Trading division, where responsibilities included managing high-quality financial statements and coordinating with various business units. Joan's career also includes significant roles at Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on audit and due diligence for major financial transactions.
