Mark Gallagher is an experienced leader in renewable energy development, currently serving as the Director of Development at EDF Renewables North America since 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing project development in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. With a strong background in managing large-scale wind, solar, and storage projects, Gallagher has successfully delivered the 250MW Cypress Wind Project in Alberta and previously managed a portfolio of over 1000MW of renewable energy projects across Western Canada and the Northeastern United States. Prior roles include Senior Developer at EDF-EN Canada, Director of Development at Prowind Inc., and Development Manager at TCI Renewables, along with early career positions focused on project development in Ireland and the UK. Gallagher holds multiple academic credentials, including a Master of Science in European Public Policy from Queen's University Belfast and several certificates from McGill University.
