Ben Henry Pirt

Ben Henry Pirt is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across various industries. Currently serving as Strategic HR Business Partner at EDF Trading since July 2023, Ben previously held significant positions at McLaren Racing as Head of People for Commercial & Central Services and Interim People Director at KPMG UK. Additional experience includes leading HR initiatives at Thales in both the Air Mobility Solutions and Programmes divisions, and HR Business Partner roles at Close Brothers Asset Management and SEFE Marketing & Trading Ltd. Ben began a career in HR as an HR Operations Advisor at Thales and holds a PgDip in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, along with a BA (HONS) in the same field. Recent education includes attendance at Imperial College Business School.
