Tarik Saidani

Tarik Saidani is a highly experienced professional in the field of software engineering and power analysis, currently serving as Principal Power Analyst Developer at EDF Trading since October 2020, after progressing from Senior Power Analyst Developer. Prior to joining EDF Trading, Tarik accumulated significant experience as a Senior Software Engineer at PGS, and held various software engineering roles at CGG, Fugro Seismic Imaging Ltd, and Alliance Services Plus. Tarik began a Ph.D. in Computer Science at IEF and also completed internships, including a Software Engineer Intern R&D position at ARM focused on code optimization for software radio transceivers. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Paris-Sud University, along with bachelor's degrees from Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale and Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène'. Tarik is recognized as a technical expert in parallel programming, proficient in C/C++, CUDA, OpenCL, and OpenMP.
