Erin DeMasters began their work experience in 2016 as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel. In 2017, they joined Edfinancial Services where they held multiple roles. These include being a Higher Education Services Contact Specialist, a Client Relations Specialist, and currently serving as a Client Relations Sup. In their various positions at Edfinancial Services, Erin has demonstrated their ability to oversee teams, handle client interactions, and provide exceptional customer service.
Erin DeMasters attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Criminal Psychology. Erin then attended East Tennessee State University from 2013 to 2014, although their degree and field of study during this time are unknown.
