Thomas Kozlowski

Thomas Kozlowski is an accomplished professional in destination development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and Principal of EDG - Entertainment Development Group since 2008, Thomas has focused on creating innovative destination experiences across resorts, theme parks, and mixed-use venues globally. Prior to this, Thomas served as President of Urban International between 2002 and 2008 and held key positions at Walt Disney Imagineering from 1998 to 2002, where responsibilities included development management and master planning. Thomas co-founded Urban International - New York, Ltd in 1996 and contributed to the Battery Park City Authority from 1984 to 1994 as Senior Director of Project Management. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as Principal Urban Designer at EBC Hong Kong, Ltd. Thomas holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from Arizona State University.
