Pam Koch possesses extensive experience in the fields of applications technology and statistics. Currently working at E.A Weber & Co. dba Weber Flavors since December 2013, Pam holds dual roles as Applications Technologist and Upper Midwest Sales Representative. In addition, Pam has been involved in statistical analysis for the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Sky since 2004 and 2005, respectively, while also serving as a basketball statistician for Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Roosevelt University. Previous roles include R&D Technologist at Vanee Foods Company and Agriculture Intern at McCain Foods. Pam's educational background includes a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, specializing in Food Industry and Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
