Jill Shoemaker

Jill Shoemaker currently serves as the Process Improvement Lead at Edgar Snyder & Associates, where Jill has held various titles since April 2017, including Process Improvement Specialist and Software Specialist and Trainer. Prior experience includes a role as Application Analyst at Burns White LLC from January 2010 to March 2017, and leadership as President of the Bethel Park Library Board from June 2009 to January 2016. Additionally, Jill Shoemaker worked as a Reference Librarian at Upper St. Clair Library from December 2009 to August 2014, and as an IT Support Specialist at Hatch from November 1997 to January 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Penn State University.
