Agathe Sauviat has worked in various roles since 2014. Agathe began their career at Ecomeris as an Assistante ingénieur R&D in 2014. In 2015, they held two concurrent positions as an Assistante chef de produit at Compagnie des Sens and a Chef de projet marketing at Cnam (Conservatoire national des arts et métiers). In 2017, they became a Chargée de mission Bio at Groupe Casino. In 2018, they moved to Le Châtelard 1802 as a Responsable de secteur. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Edgard & Cooper as an Account Manager.
Agathe Sauviat completed a Master 2 (M2) in Commerce and Marketing at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they participated in a Semestre Erasmus program in Human Nutrition at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (UMB) from 2014 to 2015. Agathe also obtained an Engineering degree in Agroalimentaire from the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires from 2012 to 2015.
