Delfien Bauden is currently working as the Sales Manager Belgium & Luxemburg for Edgard & Cooper since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at RB from 2017-2021, where they held the roles of Key Account Manager and Business Developer, Junior Key Account Manager and Business Developer, and Sales Representative. As Key Account Manager and Business Developer, they were responsible for one of the top 3 BE retailers and was responsible for setting business objectives and translating the commercial strategy into concrete plans, forecasting, P&L & budget management, and responsible for the promotional strategy and execution. As Junior Key Account Manager and Business Developer, they were responsible for the discount channel and acquiring new market shares and new customers. As Sales Representative, they were responsible for negotiating and closing promotional contracts, promoting and introducing innovative new products, and building and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, from 2017-2017, they worked as a Marketing and Strategy Consultant for Winsol Group.

Delfien Bauden completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Business Administration from KU Leuven in 2015. Delfien then earned a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Finance and Risk from KU Leuven in 2016. In 2017, they earned a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School.
