Andrew Lockie

Andrew Lockie is a seasoned professional in recruitment and operations with extensive experience in the dental and customer service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Edge Advisors since December 2022, Andrew focuses on recruiting and accounting. Previously held the position of Vice President of Recruitment at Smile Brands Inc. from June 2021 to July 2022, where strategic partnerships were developed to meet talent acquisition goals. Andrew also spent nearly 18 years at Midwest Dental, initially as a Staffing Coordinator and advancing to Vice President of Recruitment, overseeing doctor recruitment efforts and supporting over 200 practices across multiple states. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at APAC Customer Services, managing HR functions at a startup call center. Andrew earned a BA in Education from Wartburg College in 1997.
