Currently serving as Principal at Edge Advisors since May 2012, Andy has contributed to the company's growth from modest beginnings. Previous board positions include Dental BlackBook, which offers on-demand staffing solutions for dental practices, and the Association of Army Dentistry, aimed at promoting dental services within the military. Additionally, Andy held roles with the Wisconsin Dental Association Foundation, advocating for dental care accessibility, and served as President of Edge Dental Recruiting and Consulting, facilitating recruitment and practice acquisitions. Other notable positions include Director of Professional Relations at Forward Dental and Network Development at Doral Dental. Andy holds a BBA in HR and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
