Peter Steinert

Peter Steinert is an accomplished dental professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Coach and Vice President at Equilibria Services since July 2019, Peter also holds positions as Founder and CEO of practisUgroup and Dental Coach at Edge Advisors. In addition to these roles, Peter has been a Professor at Marquette University since September 2016 and was the Chief Dental Officer at RLJ Dental Group from March 2017 to February 2019. Peter began their career as a General Dentist at Steinert Dental from July 1991 to July 2016. Peter holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University and completed a dental residency at the University of Washington. Furthering professional development, Peter trained in coaching and personality diversity, obtaining certifications from Coach Training World and Equilibria. The overarching purpose driving Peter's career is to guide individuals in achieving optimal well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
