Madison Parks has four years of work experience. In 2021, they began working at Edge in the roles of Graphic Design, Marketing and Events, and People Ops and Events. Also in 2021, they began Maddie P Coaching as a Life Coach. In 2022, they began working at the Zcash Foundation as a Global Ambassador. Her longest tenure was at Anytime Fitness, where they worked from 2018 to 2021 as an Assistant Regional Manager and Manager.

Madison Parks attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2020, they obtained a Life coach certification from Coach Training Alliance in the field of Life coach. In 2022, they obtained an Associate Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (aPHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI, and in 2020 they obtained a CPR & AED certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI).
