Aleksandrs Kipļuks

Aleksandrs Kipļuks has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Aleksandrs began working at SIA SkyPark in 2015 as a Design Engineer and remained in that position until 2018. In 2018, they joined SIA PRECO as a Design Engineer for a brief period of three months. Later that year, they started working at Baltic Scientific Instruments, initially as a Mechanical Design Engineer from June 2018 to October 2020, and then was promoted to Head of Design and Technology Department from October 2020 to May 2021. Currently, Aleksandrs is working at Edge Autonomy as an ERP & Production Engineer, starting in May 2021.

Aleksandrs Kipļuks obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanics, and Mechanical Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) in 2013. Aleksandrs then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in the same field at the same university, which they completed in 2015.

In addition to their academic degrees, Aleksandrs has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they obtained the AIGPE Lean Just-In-Time Certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™) and the Lean Management: Just-In-Time JIT Certification from Udemy. In the same year, they also earned the AIGPE Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from AIGPE and the Six Sigma: Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Udemy.

In 2022, Aleksandrs received the AIGPE Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from AIGPE and the Six Sigma: Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from Udemy. Aleksandrs also obtained the Certified Process Mapping Specialist certification from AIGPE and the Process Mapping and Flowcharts Certification from Udemy. Additionally, they achieved the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Specialist certification from AIGPE and the Value Stream Mapping Masterclass: Become a VSM Specialist certification from Udemy.

Furthermore, Aleksandrs has obtained the ASSOCIATE - Additive Manufacturing certification from Dassault Systèmes in 2022 and the Certified Professional - Simulation (CSWP-S) certification, as well as the Quality Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in 2021. Aleksandrs also completed courses such as Learning Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project 2019, and Project Online Desktop Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2021. In 2020, they acquired certifications such as Driving Measurable, Sustainable Change, Six Sigma: Green Belt, and Become a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from LinkedIn, along with the Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership course. Lastly, in 2020, they completed the Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)® course from LinkedIn.
