Carlos Alberto Franco

Carlos Alberto Franco is an experienced architect and educator with over a decade of leadership in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. As the owner of FRANCO ARQUITECTOS, S.A. since August 2010, Carlos has focused on innovative architectural practices that adapt to diverse cultures. Since June 2020, Carlos has also served as an EDGE Expert, providing technical support for the design of eco-friendly buildings across various sectors. Previously, Carlos held the position of SubDirector of Engineering and Architecture at MIVIOT from January 2015 to June 2019. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad de Panamá, a postgraduate degree in Teaching from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnologia, and a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in higher education from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
