Eng. Nathan Yego

Eng. Nathan Yego is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering and sustainability, currently serving as an EDGE Expert at EDGE Buildings since August 2021, providing technical support for green building design and certification in Kenya. With extensive experience as a Sustainability Consultant at Trium Limited KE and a proven track record as an Assistant Engineer at the State Department for Public Works, Nathan has contributed to significant projects, including the construction of a bakery for Pangani Girls High School and a library for Multimedia University. Nathan's background includes roles at Safaricom Limited, SC Johnson, and WEB Limited, where expertise in energy planning, lean manufacturing, and sustainable construction practices were cultivated. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Nathan also possesses foundational experience through various internships that span research, engineering, and customer service.
