Kris Peters

Kris Peters is an accomplished Urban Resilience Specialist at The World Bank, providing technical support for housing recovery and disaster risk management projects, notably the $40 million Dominica Housing Recovery Project. With a comprehensive background in urban planning and community development, Kris also serves as an EDGE Expert and Education Counselor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Previous roles include Urban Planner Consultant at Planviron Limited, where strategies for informal settlements were established, and Community Development Officer at Habitat for Humanity Trinidad and Tobago, focused on enhancing disaster resilience.
