Precision in Talent. Power in Capital.

Edge Capital Group operates at the intersection of talent, capital, and alternative investments.
Through our two core divisions — Edge Capital Recruitment and Edge Capital Investments — we connect world-class Portfolio Managers with leading hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and institutional allocators globally.

Our recruitment arm partners with investment firms to identify, assess, and onboard exceptional Portfolio Managers and trading teams across systematic, discretionary, and hybrid strategies. We deliver deep, data-driven insights on each candidate’s strategy, risk profile, and infrastructure, enabling our clients to make decisions with allocator-level confidence.

Our investment platform allocates capital to proven and emerging trading talent through structured mandates and seeding programs, providing infrastructure, compliance, and operational support to help managers scale.

With offices across London, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, and Switzerland, Edge Capital Group bridges global talent and institutional capital — building partnerships that drive sustainable alpha generation.
